Ladies Styling Workshop with Lauren on Saturday, April 13th at 2:30pm.
What does this entail...?
- Intro to ladies' arm movement: Extension of body, arm and hand breakdown, styling, and warmup.
- Different styling options for social dancing in Salsa and Bachata.
- Ladies' footwork, and body motion.
💃- Lauren Folk is originally from Canada and she has been dancing for as long as she can remember. From ballet to ballroom, musical theater to Irish dance, West Coast swing to Bachata, she’s done it all! She trained with Fred Astaire Studios in Houston, Texas as well as with several independent studios in Canada. Lauren is excited to be a part of the Latin Dance Jax team and to share the joy of dance with the Jacksonville community.
💸 Cost:
$15 (drop in single, one hour)
